Yesterday, I was stuck in dilemma. To be or not to be. By midnight, decision was made and I chose not to be. Alhamdulillah. I am very contented with it.
Abu Burda related that Abu Musa said, “The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, heard a man praising another man, extolling him greatly. The Prophet said: You have destroyed him or you have broken the man’s back.” (Imam Bukhari)
Well, the hadith supports my stance which I hate compliments as I see them as insinuations and burdening. But if you happen to hear I tell you some, don’t worry. I really mean it from the bottom of my heart.
Note: Having good friends around is great. I want to befriend you all forever!
